  It is a very young modern Hotel. - The stuff is just great, super-proffesional! Hotel is quite new, rooms are well-designed, good-furnished and really nice, as well as hotel itself. Breakfast is great, but quite expencive. Location is not in "touristic" place, so you can find a lot of cafe, bars and shopes with usual prices.

My husband and I stayed at four diffierent B&B´s in Rome during our visit, at the same (or even more expensive) price point, and Hotel Fermi far surpassed them all. You can buy water, wine, snacks and bus&tram tickets. Tram stop is just in front of the B&B, Bus stop is just 3min. walking from the B&B. You can feel real - The welcome and assistance from Umberto and Vincenzo was second to none. The room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Towels changed after two days. The position was ideal with a tram stop just outside, although it is possible to walk to the centre. Trastevere has a good selection of, reasonably priced, bars and restaurants and some delightful lanes to stroll through.

He is always willing to fulfil the wishes of his guests. During breakfast we enjoyed his communication a lot. He is reachable by mobile and answers quickly. We highly recommend this B&B and whenever we return to Rome we'd - Kind and helpful owner, who gave us many recommendations for Rome and managed to give us a free ride to the station on departure. Very modern, clean and nice looking room and bathroom. In good reaching distance to the city by bus. Good coffee at the breakfast. Although we did not like the breakfast Alex was very zealous to do the best he could - he even got some lactose-free milk for us when he heard one of us does not tolerate lactose although we did not ask him for it.
