  The room was attractively decorated, comfortable and quiet. Nice shower! Everything was clean and in good condition. Very convenient to Termini. The proprietor was friendly and helpful, as was the girl who brought our breakfast.   Gianluca was the perfect host and went out of his way to take care of our every need. We were three sisters who had never been to Rome and had no idea what to expect. All of Gianluca's recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants were spot on. Rooms were comfortable and modern, while the building had the "newer" old world - Gianluca is the perfect host. Very polite, smiling all the time, great sense of humor and gets out of his way to make your stay better. Oh! When we arriwed the check-in they told us that they had booked a room for us in that hotel that the check-in was in, Hotel Giotto Flavia, because the room in Collina Suites was much smaller.
