  Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

  The room is right next to the Station Termini. The surrounding area was safe. The room has air-condition (important in summers) and is completely sound proof for a restful night sleep. The bathroom (shower) was large enough that two people could fit, which from my experience seems uncommon for bathrooms in Italy. Bathroom clean and amenities were included. We had room with small balcony, we found that very romantic especially during breakfast as they are served to your room. Everything was perfect and we would recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure.

Room was very cosy and clean, shower was small, but it didn't bothered us a lot :) Amazing blinds - we slept very well, room was - Small, neat and quite hotel with 24h reception. Our double room No 212 was spacious, clean and very comfortable, facing inner yard, thus quite at night. Do not expect sea views as it is centre located hotel, however Termini (central railway and bus station) is just 5 min away. No breakfast, but we did not need it and there are plenty of bars/pasticeries where you can have cappucino with freshly baked pastries/snacks. I would like to say special thanks to Ruslan at reception, who speaks English

  It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.
