An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites.   Everything was ok :-) very comfortable, big and clean room :-) the same I can say about kitchen and bathroom. Owner doesnt speak english but it isnt so big problem because she is very nice person. - The hotel room is tidy and nice. The hotel host is a friendly woman.

  The location and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were very friendly despite the large language barrier (ignorance on our part not theirs). The check in times were useful also. A memorable and pleasant stay for both of us. - the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful

  La Farina is a lovely place to stay at while on vacation in Florence. Staff is helpful, welcoming, and multilingual. The apartments are in close proximity to the metro station and staff will gladly call you a cab/taxi - that arrives within 3 minutes guaranteed - if you need to go to a site that requires access by taxi/cab. The apartment was well furnished and was extremely comfortable for us. It was also in a safe neighborhood, though it's not very near the city central (approximately 15-20mins walk to most locations). The staff were also very friendly and helpful. It's clearly states that check-in ends at 7pm, however due to some delays on the roads, we only managed to reach by 715pm, but they waited for us anyway.
