A friend on mine and me spent one night at B&B Toma and it was a great pleasure for us. Mario was a perfect host, nice and friendly and he was assisting with precious information which made our stay in Rome much easier.
The B&B is nice and sober, all the forniture is new and Mario together with his mum the keep it very clean.

The owner, Mario, is a friendly and helpful person. The location is perfect. 3 mins walking to metro. Supermarket is near the entrance. The toilets and our room were always clean. The breakfast is so-so but who cares this if there is a large supermarket on the first floor :) There is a coffee machine from Lavazzo and the result was delicious. Overall, for the price value and what you get, this place deserves 10 points.

Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner. I highly recommend to everybody

The facilities in the flat was more than enough. although the kitchen and the bathrooms are common, we did not have any problem. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

Przemili właściciele stworzyli domową i niespotykanie gościnną atmosferę! Na każdym kroku byli pomocni i uprzejmi (rzadko kiedy można spotkać takie nastawienie do turystów). very great service, and it almost felt like, that you were visiting

The rooms were very lovely designed and was cleaned every day. We just loved our blue room, it was very romantic designed.
Breakfast was great with fresh fruits, juice, coffee, eggs, croissants, bread, cold cuts of meat, cheese, jam, cereal and milk. If you want anything else for example scrambled eggs, the hosts offers it too.

Everything of this B& B is superb I really love it. The hosts Carlotta & Francisco are really sweet and they made this B&B in style and charmy. We stayed in the blue room which is spacy ; there's bed room and separated living area with sofa. There's also a walk-in clothes hanger room. The bath room is also nice & convenient. The facilities are nice , they even put some wet tissue paper for us to use. Wifi works well . Carlotta made this place with love and cares of every detai
