The staff was very friendly and helpful - at the desk 24 hrs a day. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere and saw all of the main Florence sites. There were great restaurants and shopping nearby.

We were very welcome by the whole staff, mainly by Gina, the owner. They were kind in managing to give us a calm room, exactly as we had asked in the site. Modern decoration, silent air-conditioning, comfortable bed, convinent location and delicious breakfast. During our stay, my boyfriend celebrated his b-day. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at breakfast room and found Gina with a millefoglie cake and champagne for us both! I would defintely recommend this hotel for anyone. Can´t wait to

The location was amazing,u won't get lost, very close to main train station and a plaza,staff was excellent,we found out we booked the wrong date,and we went there in the morning in the same day,the staff offered to change the date for us and just added extra charge for the weekend,she allowed us to check in even tho we didn't stay there that day.

The hotel is a nice mix of modern and old. The rooms are nicely appointed-the bed is relatively comfortable.
