The owner, Ricardo, is the most charming and welcoming host we have met anywhere. The rooms are clean, the kitchen facility handy, breakfast is delicious, and the location between the Ponte Veccio and the Pitti Palace is convenient to everything. Ricardo is a star host, and regaled us with wonderful stories. He played the guitar and sang during breakfast one morning. He creates an atmosphere of welcome and friendliness. The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the historical center. It seems that it used to be an apartment before so it is a bit hard to find but at the same time gives really interesting experience of an "inside". The location was perfect, you can walk to all the major tourist sites/attractions. The hotel was also a near grocery shop, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. The Lady Manager was very friendly, efficient and really did a wonderful job to her customers. The cleaning lady was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I will stay again in this hotel
