The apartment (vivaldi) was very clean and the staff friendly. They didn't have a booking for our last day so they let us check out at 6pm. The apartment is not only central but in a proper strategic spot, everything was only 5 minutes away. It was warm, comfortable and gave lots of privacy. The apartment with a view was fantastic, huge living room, bedroom and bathroom with an adequate kitchen. We had the option of staying in with a few bottles of prosecco a couple of nights because there was so much space. The staff were fantastic, directing us around Venice and giving a tips about how to beat the queues (bell tower after 6.30, fool doge's palace online).

Set in the heart of the San Marco neighborhood the room was a refreshing new, contemporary and comfortable change to the more traditional places we stayed during our trip. Before our arrival we got informative e-mails how to find the place and they were very helpful.
Everything was good, the Rose room was very beautiful. There are total of three rooms and two bathrooms to share, which was totally OK. The bathrooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was basic - toasts, jams, cereal, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice, fruit. Location is very good, about 200 metres from St Marks Square.
Fortunately there was the option to leave your luggage in the apartment and pick them up
