  The hotel is very lovely and comfortable. I went in summer and Venezia was very very warm. They provided fan in the room but the room is already in good temperature without the fan. Although the hotel didn't provide breakfast, they provided kettle, tea/coffee/snacks and fridge in the room. The staffs were friendly too. The hotel staff was very kind to pick us up in Piazzale Roma as we arrived late afte - The location is very good, very close to the bus station and to the railway station, but in a silent small street. (The check in room is only one minutes away). The receptionist lady was extreemly kind, she gave us a map and offered the walkways by herself (without asking). There is no breakfast in the price of the room, but in our romm there were: packed bread, marmalade, instant cofee, and tea, which I highly apprecaited.   Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, - I thought this was the best value for my trip of my entire 2wk stay in Italy. We went in the off season and that probably helped. The location was good, close to the train station and a vaporetto stop. The staff was super helpful too. - very comfortable, well situated, very nice people

There is no staff to speak of but the one man who signed us in was very efficient.
