The location of the hotel was perfect. Right by Vatican and the subway is close by so it only takes 10 mins to get to coliseum. Staff of the hotel was extremely nice. It is a great family-run guesthouse in the heart of Rome. It had just opened so everything was clean and modern. With the tram and metro located right in front of the hotel, it had direct links to termini, collosseum and Vatican City.
The owner and her daughter were really nice, and spoke English.

First and foremost the place is quite affordable. We went there quite late and the staff there were happy to stay back waiting for us which I thought was very nice of them. We were put through a thorough background check which put us off at first but completely understood why in the end. Its for our safety as well as theirs. Its quite convenient being close to Termini Station. And don't expect the breakfast to be grand for the price.

The place is a newer conversion of an older building of condominiums. They have done a nice job. The rooms are adequately appointed, with good beds, bedside reading lamps, a desk area with comfortable chair, flat-screen TV, small fridge, wardrobe and safe. The bath is small, but completely adequate and the hot water supply never faltered.

A lovely B & B at a really good price for the area. Our room (at the back) and bathroom was large, clean and nicely decorated. Very friendly and helpful owner. The hotel just next to Vaticani museum, and also just like few minutes walking from the tube station which can bring you to other main places. The hotel is in a safe, nice building and it is quite clear and modern and comfortable, I definitely will recommend to ppl who travel to Roma and want to stay in the centre.

Very nice restaurant on the other side of the street (sometimes they have life music - good to have a room with street view;). You can feel Rome spirit in this hotel. railway station. A large (comparing to other hotels in Rome), simple but
clean room, it has all necessary facilities. For breakfast you need to
