We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy.   The receptionists Lorenzo and Daniel are phenomenal! Daniel patiently answered all 100 of our questions. Lorenzo got us an appointment w/a high-end spa and arranged for a cab.
