  Fausto, our host was fabulous. He speaks 4 or 5 languages fluently, is very kind, patient, generous and helpful. We were able to get last minute tickets through him to hear Vivaldi at one of the churches nearby. Quick response to my emails. They provided directions to the centre. 2. The breakfast. Not much choices (2 rolls, jam, butter, cheese, 1 croissant, tea/coffee/hot chocolate) but it was OK and quick. The table setting is lovely though. 3. The location. 3 min from Ospedale vaperetto stop on foot. (Not very difficult if you have heavy baggage like us as there is no bridge or stairs). COOP sup

  Excellent location. Very near to water bus station which was extreamly convenient to visit venice and other Islands. Good service , no language issue infact all staff speak english.   My stay at Giudecca Bella was wonderful, and allowed for a more relaxed and quiet stay in Venice, than staying on San Marco. And the great thing is it is only 2 minutes away from San Marco on the ferry. Very friendly and welcoming, very pretty, and the price is right, particularly for Venice. With the ferry it only takes 2 min. to get over the small channel of Giudecca. The price is perfect as well. Most of the hotels in Venice are really expensive, but here I paid less. Amazing!

The hotel is very close to the water bus, the casino and the main street . We - I picked this place because it had a backyard where you are served your breakfast's and you can just sit out their after a full day of walking! Our room was on the main floor, which we were next to the canal. It was a great location to walking to every where. The Casino was very close, lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and very large bathroom with a tub and shower and glass enclosure.

  The apartment is located in the historical center, very convenient. You can late in the evening to sit on the Grand canal and not to worry about how to get back. Very nice and spacious room. But one night. we slept with the Windows open. It is possible. because the Windows overlook the courtyard. very clean . I recommend to all who come to the festiv - Only one stuff there, but very friendly and helpful. This is a free B&B, you can enjoy it just like your home, but please dont bother the others. And one important thing, before you go out to have a walk dont forget to take the key, because maybe you are the first one who get back. Any way, no complain.
