This hotel has recently (May, 2008) reopened after atwo year rennovation. The price for comparable hotels in the area weremuch more. The staff was very accomodating with requests and assistancewith dinner suggestions and reservations as well as transportation tothe airport.

The host was very helpful and welcoming and the view from the BandB is sensational. I highly recommend this BandB as it within walking distance of St Marks Sq and the Rialto. - Absolutely the best BandB I've stayed in. The rooms are massive. I would stay here again and again. This is the best value for money in all of Venice.

Arrived at the hotel about 12 noon , asked if we could leave our luggagewith them as the rooms would be ready only at 1 , they checked and therooms were ready so we were able to check in early. The view from my room was breathtaking, the breakfast was sumptuous and the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Even my room (single) was exceptionally clean and well kept. Everyone, right from the porter to the bartenders, the reception staff, the concierge went out of their way to help me and to make my trip a memorable one.

Perfect for people travelling in groups, 2 double rooms and 2 single,
each with their own bathroom. Kitchen is fully equiped and the price we
paid (in extra season, begining of March) was very good - 140 eur per
