  Loved staying here - would go back again in a heartbeat. Andrea, the owner goes the extra mile. The reviews are true about this man - just lovely. A real authentic experience. We have now been tr - The location is great, next to 2 vaporetto stops, Ca'dÓro and F.te Nove (you can get to the airport easily from the latter), and yet it is not in a crowded, touristy location. The place is very unusual - in the 2 days we were there, we saw an exhibition of photographs / textiles in the entrance (as part of the Venice Biennale), and we also witnessed a dance (tango!) in the main hall. Andrea is a good host and very helpful.

  Our room was basic but good value for money. We were in the heart of Venice, just a few minutes from St. Mark's Square and ideally located for everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. - We left a pair of boots by mistake and we came back later to ask and they returned. The breakfast is ok. The staff is very helpful.
