Food was very tempting and well laid out, with everything you could wish for. The hot buffet was very nice to. The bedroom was lovely and as for the bathroom facilities, they were brilliant. The bar and upstairs viewing plaform were excellent as was the barman. Prices were reasonable .

This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it!
We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!)
We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"
