  Excellent location and standard of room - delightful quiet part of Venice, very helpful staff - Umberto met us at the vaporetto stop and helped us get our bags to the hotel. The room was gorgeous with beautiful canopied bed and large bathroom all just completed.

  Davide was very helpful with all our questions before and during our stay. Everyone else there was also very pleasant. A very quiet place, especially for the great location between San Marco and Rialto Bridge. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed quite comfy. Wi-fi worked and it was nice to have someone at the desk until 7:00. We wo - Location is great! It takes just 5 minutes to reach San Marco, the same time you will need to walk to Realto, and 20 minutes leisurely to Train Station S.Lucia. But the most important thing is friendly considerate personnel!

  Great B&B. Very clean and quiet. It's a 10 minutes walking from the train station, with the suitcases. There are 2 bridges in between, the big one right out the train station and a little one after so you may suffer a little with your luggage, but thats normal in Venice.   The two-bedroom suite was great. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The bathroom had an additional room with a 2nd sink, so two adults could easily get cleaned up. The hotel is very convenient to St. Mark's Square just by crossing the Grand Canal via traghetto, and then walking a couple of blocks.
