  Monica and Dino are great hosts who try to fulfill any wishes their guests have (other room, breakfast specials, safe bike spot in our case). Apart from that they have a good feeling for privacy, giving advice and conversation where needed, but also leaving personal space (which is important for a B&B).   After a busy day of crowded sightseeing in Venice, it was wonderful to retreat to a quiet, nicely-appointed, comfortable room in a community where families actually live. We enjoyed strolling the streets at night sampling the local restaurants. We would definitely return on future trips. - Really nice place....verry close to the Lido SME, where you can take boat to the main Venice. No. 5.1 and 1 goes straight to S. marco. from Lido SME you can take bus A, B..... and first second stop is this few steps away from the location. Room was clean-Big and cosy. the host are very friendly and co-operative. They treated us like family guests.
