  Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

  Really warm welcome from the staff. We were given a city map when we arrived and the main sights and how long it takes to get there were pointed out. We were 20-25 minute walk from the furthest sight which was really convenient. Really, really close to a lovely little square with bars and restaurants. (Croissants, muffins, jams/butter/nutella, yoghurts, juice, milk, cereal) and the maid will m - Very cosy and comfortable appartments not far from Trastevere and all sights. There were all necessary staff fresh towels, breakfast (either hot dishes), laundry service, air conditioner, free wi-fi. Owners were very nice and hospitable, were ready to help and to share the useful information. Thank you, Ladies! Moreover, near the appartments there was market with fresh vegs and fruits.

  My girlfriend and I booked a room in Esedra mainly because of its good location, 10min walk from Termini, 15min from Trevi Fountain area and 2min from the nearest metro station.   The location is near the train station and the shopping areas, with walking distance to the Colosseum and Forum. The owner is super kind, I spent over 20 days travel around Europe with heavy baggage, only this guy came out and help my wife to bring the luggage upstairs. He did the samething to offer his help to bring down all our luggag - Right from the moment of the initial, the team at Matisse couldnt have been more helpful and professional. Roberto, the owner, was charming. The relaxed atmosphere was welcome after a long day travelling. His restaurant recommendation was perfect. Although they were fully booked on our last pass thru Rome, the staff once again went above and beyond by helping us find alternate accommations in their neighbourhood. The location of the B&B is perfect and can be reached easily with the Bus Nr.40 from Termini Station in approx. 10min.
