  Everything was perfect! Really kind, friendly, helpful stuff. Nice comfortable room with everything what a tourist need. Hairdryer, Every day new towels, soap and shampoo and Clean The rooms every day. It is a 2 star hotel but better than some 3 star ones. Thank you for everything! - Staff , they were really kind.   Personel Hotelu - The hotel staff is very very nice and friendly!!! We arrived there so early in the morning that the hotel room haven't finished yet. Therefore, the staff put us in to another hotel nearby which is very nice as well.   Location to Loreto Metro was great - it's also near Central station but it's only two stops on the metro, so we didn't walk. Loreto has two metro lines so it's easy to get around Milan.
