The best thing here is the receptionists. They were extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you very much Adriano and Massimo. There was no noise at all and I was able to sleep well. I don't know how it sounds in the holiday season, though. The hotel is not far away from St. Mark. You can walk or take take ?bus" to it. By "the bus" stop Academia is a small restaurant owned by a family from Tunisia. Amany was a great hostess there.

Very friendly staff and clean room. Very comfortable beds .The breakfast
was also very good and on informing the staff I was coeliac before
visiting they were happy to accommodate me with wheat free bread free of
charge. The location was excellent a few minutes from the accadamia
bridge and waterbus. I would certainly stay there again and also
recommend this hotel.

Very friendly! They make you feel number 1 as a guest! Little cute breakfastroom but everything you need is there. The hotel is absolutely central in Venezia, San Marco and Rialto are really near, Lido in 20 Minutes by Boat. Next boatstation (Sant' Angelo) is about a minute away.

The location is amazing, only 1 bridge to cross with your suit case from the water stop, situated minutes from San Marco and the Grand Canal. The staff were just brilliant, welcoming, friendly, helpful and they even kept their cool when our 5 year old spilt her yoghurt over their beautiful carpet at breakfast. The room was top class and very comfortable for a family of 4. The motel is in a top spot so close to all the action. P.S don't be put off by the alleyway entrance. We were initally concerned it was going to be a dinghy place but we were pleasantly surprised.
