There was no lift so we had to climb a couple flights of stairs. It is a convenient base for experiencing Venice.   The location was great only a short walk from the pizzale Roma where we got the bus to and from the airport. Also just a short walk into the main attractions grand canal, st marks square. But - The location was convenient as it is near the waterbus station which takes you anywhere. The room was clean and neat. We are a group of 4 friends and requested 4 single beds which Hotel Tivoli accommodated. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with hams and bread. The staff was helpful and provided everything we needed. There are also many restaurants in the area so it is fairly convenient.

I didnot get the chance to meet her before I checked out of the hotel but I would like to express my thanks for giving us the beautiful room to stay.
