  This hotel is situated in a relatively quiet and pretty piazza compared to the surrounding hustle,and parking is easy on site. There is a great market for food lovers around the corner. The area did appear rather dodgy but in reality was not although you have to factor in the noisy locals that gather in the square below.   Bright, clean & freshly restored. Friendly & helpful owner & staff - really made to feel at home. Although a Bed & Breakfast, we could come and go at any time. - This is my second visit to B&B 22. I love the design element and the comfort. It is very conveniently located and I had no difficulty with parking either.

  Great find! Hotel is located in best section of town, within short walking distance of Port and downtown. A must if you have a car; parking in Palermo is all but impossible. Off-season rates were very competitive. - I thought that my stay was very pleasant. i liked the room and the staff were very helpful
