Staff was very helpful in giving information about local tours. - We had stayed at three hotels in different cities prior to our stay inFlorence.   All of the above and the view from our suite - Our room was very spacious with views of the Arno and the bathroom was lovely with two sinks. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel.
