  We stayed in this hotel with my wife for three nights. It's somewhat further from the center and good 15-minute walk from the metro but we enjoy walking and didn't find this annoying. The hotel deserves its three stars, we loved being there. Rooms are ok size, spacious bathrooms. In the area nearby we found the places to eat out without problems and for quite affordable - I 've known the hotel for the last 10 years. This is an old classical furnished hotel but well maintain. Breakfast improved in quality and variety but the fruit juice. The internet access too. I like the garden with free parking access. Good location with a car as few minutes away from the center and easy to exit from the Tuscolana (Naples, Ciampino) or Marco Polo (eur, Pomezia, Fiumicino). Price can be very competive and attractive

I booked a single room, but there was none available, so they upgraded me for the same price which was already very modest, that was really nice!   Everything in the apartment was as I expected it would be. Very comfortable bed - my husband said it was best of our 2 week trip. Breakfast was enormous. When arriving at the San Pietro station, walk right first and the apartment street is the first left. Carrefour very convenient for groceries.
