  The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again.   The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The two people we met were Lucco and Marco. They were friendly and took time to answer questions about directions to the airport and to the old city of Bergamo and good places to eat. There were five of us traveling together. They made our stay enjoyable. - The hotel appears to be privately run/owned which shows in the attentionto detail, cleanliness and customer service which were all excellent.Breakfast was well laid out with more than adequate choice. Located in anice quiet area out of the centre which was not a problem for us as wehad a car. We ate at the Ristoro Vecchia just 5 minutes walk from theBerghotel - good food and not expensive.
