We stayed 6 nights in the summer.
The location is simply perfect. The rooms are great as well - spacious, clean and with good facilities (water cooker for example). I'd advise to pay for the airco in the summer to close the windows to prevent noise from outside.
The breakfast is also very nice; outside of the B&B in a typical Florentine bakery

We ended up in a small suite in another building which had a complete kitchen. The location is great; in the 'Dante' area of Florence. The person in charge of the hotel - Raymond - speaks English and is very helpful (he was born around the corner from the hotel). Keep in mind that Florence in June is packed with tourists and that Florence is an expensive city compared to other Tuscan cities. First of all, the location couldn't be better. It is located about 2 blocks south of the Duomo, and 2 blocks north of Ponte Vecchio bridge and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. There are city buses, and unbelieveably one of them comes right down the narrow street with a stop right in front of the B&B, so coming from the train statio

The staff was excellent, and helpful in suggesting sights not to miss and how to get to them -
Bruno showed us the most wonderful hospitality, we had a fantastic stay with him in Florence! He helped us book a lovely restaurant and was endlessly helpful with where to go and what to see in his home town.
The B&B is his home and is run with warmth & love. The rooms are clean, comfortable & simple. There are tea and coffee facilities available at all times and a little mini bar for your use. Location is wonderful, right in the heart, near the Duomo but not at all noisy. Recommen

The location was great, close to everything and safe for a solo female traveller. It was very clean and comfortable and the windows were effective at shutting out the bustle of tourists when needed but even then the noise was not at antisocial hours or unpleasant so no problems. Dominico and Valeria were very helpful and friendly, they helped me get tickets for the art galleries and made me lovely tea and coffee every morning and were able to answer any questions I had. They also recommended so

Everything was great! From the beginning the staff gave us spot on
information to reach the apartment, met us their on time and helped

We just loved this quaint little apartment. Although small all that was required was provided for and in good working order.
Washing machine was also easy to use.
Bed linen and towels good quality and apartment was clean. Of course location was fantastic and we had no noise issues. In fact we enjoyed getting a bit of taste hearing about some Italian domestic life while sitting on the balcony.

We liked absolutely everything about this place! The location was amazing (we had the top of the Duomo straight in front of our terrace!!!!) The apartment was beautiful, a perfect size, clean and all in all wonderful! Patrizia, who manages the property, was absolutely lovely and a real pleasure to deal with. We woke up to church bells and fell asleep to classical music being played across the street at the church.
Even all the stairs up to the flat (and there are a few!) were a welcomed bit

The location is perfect! The room was big, even though we did not have a bathroom in the room, we had to go trought corridor, it really didn't bothered. Great guest house. -
