  The friendliest receptionist we have ever met - very very helpful. Breakfast was good but with a small variety. The Wi-fi signal was very good. Free parking across the street or underground parking available but no access between 10:00pm and 7:00am to the parking lot. - shower, location and breakfast are just great :)

Great value and has everything you need ideal, if a littel old fashioned which is exactly what you would expect in a 17 century building. For a weekend break. I would be happy to return. The owner is really friendly and veryhelpful and speaks good English.

  The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again.   The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a charming older hotel that may not have every modern amenity but is spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - very easy to get to the Alta Citta or the funivia for a trip to San Vittorio.
