  We had a wonderful nights stay at Casa Vacanze Laura. Laura was in contact with us soon after we made the booking to arrange a time for her to bring us the keys. On arrival we called her and she was with us within 5 mins with the keys for the apartment and the pass to park the car on the street for free which was brilliant. We arrved at 10 in morning expecting to wait till at least lunchtime for a room but had one immediately, and upgraded to a superior room!!!!   Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help.
