Our flight from the us was canceled so we missed the first night and arrived to Rome early in the morning. The sweet lady at the front desk could not have been more helpful or kind.   Valter was very helpful in trying to give us directions to various areas of interest in Rome. The location was perfect for walking to all the historic sites. The Colosseum was so close we walked by it many times and got to see it lit up at night . Gorgeous! There are many restaurants and coffee shops near by. The area felt very safe. Very accommodating and friendly owners - nothing too much trouble.
