  I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

  The Jolly Hotel has a lovely modern welcoming reception. The tea/coffeenew [never found it anywhere else] facility at the reception is anexcellent idea for late comers and early risers. Great idea and a mostwecome service. - the view was amazing and the renovated room was absolutely gorgeous!

  Proof that you get what you pay for, the staff were very helpful and informative, taking a lot of the strain out of urban travel. Our room in this chic modern hotel was stunning and very quiet. UP is a fairly easy walking distance from the Duomo and a short taxi ride (11 euros) to the Stazione Cordona (and Malpensa Express).
