  The location was number 1, followed closely by a wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Every single person I met in the hotel was nice and they went out of their way to orient me in Milan. Fascilities include air-conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi free of charge, fridge, safe. The bed is very cozy, whippy and silent. Everything is clean (floor, towels etc). I didnt use the facilities other than the room but it was all I needed ie somewhere to sleep, get washed etc. Rooms clean and airconditioned - The hotel is quite good, but I don't like it's location at all.
