Great location. Stones throw away from the Duomo and the busy cute streets (city centre). Clean rooms and beautifully decorated. Very family friendly. Has a small elevator which helps to transport luggage (we were on 4th floor). Breakfast vouchers for food from cafe next door which gave a fruit drink, coffee, croissant and sandwich. Great location, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this place. They even let us keep our bags after check out until our next train ride which meant we were

We were impressed by maps and useful information of the city given after checking in at the hotel by a hotel staff.

To our knowledge, there aren't many public toilets available in Florence. So, we found it very convenient to go back and forth between the hotel and tourist attractions during the day in case

Cicerone Guest House has a perfect location - it's situated up tp 10-15 minutes from Florence Central station and city center (Piazza Duomo). Central Market is just behind the corner. Excellent hotel with a good location near Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi. excellent rooms and excellent service. This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. They make the whole stay wonderful.

What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

We agree with other guests: the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a god idea to stay outside Florence - it was less hot and the view over the city was stunning. The best thing with Fiesole was the view over Florence and the fresh air. Also the restaurant Terrazze 45 was superb with it's terrasse. -
All excellent. The owners are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The location is fantastic right in the centre of town. Fiesole is a lovely town and only 20 min bus ride into Florence. If we ever visit this region again we would definitely stay at Casa Sofia.
