  This lovely hotel is a family-run concern. The family, who hosted us was very friendly, open and kind, always looking after us. We felt very comfortable. Also, the breakfast was awesome. We had a wide selection of food and drinks. Although having had special preferences concerning the breakfast, there was no need to pay any extra. Rent a scooter to get a - The people, the location, the peaceful atmosphere, and the food are all so wonderful. The staff was very welcoming and they helped my friend and I very much. We loved it so much, we ended up staying four days just at this hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone and especially visiting Ischia rather than visiting the more touristy Capri.   Well situated, a lovely 15 min walk into town. Beach 8 mins down the hill. Clean, simple, effective. We hired a car (40E pd) to explore the island. Perfect size to do that. - Friendly and helpful reception staff, handy for beach and town by foot - albeit a 20 minute walk is good for us.
