  This place was great. The lady who checked us in was lovely and gave us a great map for the things we needed to see as we were only there for one night. From the hotel it's a really easy walk to the old part of town, some great sights and the waterfront.   The staff was very friendly (Romanian employees at the reception), they helped us with every request we had, very good location in the city center, easy to find, even if it was on crowded street, room was not noisy.
