Excellent hotel with a good location near Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi. excellent rooms and excellent service. This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. They make the whole stay wonderful.

What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

Excellent value for money and close enough to centre to walk; 15/20 minutes. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Parking can be a problem but after the first night we were given a space in the hotel garage round the corner. Best if you have a small car. Our room 414 was spacious enough for 3 nights with a balcony and a very modern bathroom.

It was very nice and confortable, the rooms were modern and had every facility, breakfat was really good. They rent bikes so you can visit the city faster! But anyway, its just a 10 minute walk away from the Duomo, which I think is the main attraction, the hotel is close to a supermarket and different shops, cafes and restaurants, I really enjoyed my stay, the staff is pretty kind and helped me with everything i needed.Totally recommended!

The room was excellent very spacious and clean. What made our stay perfect was the owner antonella- such a lovely lady. She was very helpful in what to see and recommended some great places to eat. Location was good easy to get around by bus or walking. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when back in florence.

We had a very nice decorated and designed room, with a large matrimonial bed. Everything was great.
This place is an apartment with 5 or 6 rooms. also 3 or 4 rooms outside the apartment but in the same floor. but this does not cause any problem. Reception is not 24 hours. free tee or coffee in the morning

Hotel is very centrally located and it is easy to get to all interesting places. The street is busy and sometimes a little noisy (people, not cars) but it does not disturb you that much - you just feel yourself a part of a big tourist crowd:)
