  The staff, especially Costanza, were top notch- providing excellent directions and were wonderfully flexible when we had to change our reservation.   We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and Catherina walked us to our room in a separate building. She was gracious and friendly and prepared to answer questions we hadn't even thought to ask. I would highly recommend this B & B to all.

Our apartment was perfect for our family of four. The location is five minutes walk to the Duomo, and the Academy museum is almost around the corner. I highly recommend this hotel.
