  The location has to be the big plus. Minutes from the ponte vecchio bridge! You are so close to all the main attractions in Florence. Although our flight was badly delayed and we arrived very late,we were warmly welcomed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brought to your room which added a nice touch! I'd definitely recommend this as - The room was big, comfortable and clean, as well as our own private bathroom. Since it faces on a very tiny alleyway it is also very quiet during both night and day. Also, location was just perfect, right in the city centre, very close to all the main attractions. Laura, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly.

He spends time with his guests when they arrive, giving them an orientation to the city and its history. He can recommend everything from the best gellato to resturants, siteseeing, shopping. He gives you his cell phone number so you can contact him with questions while you are out. Snacks water, etc. are available in the dining room all day, as well as cocktail beverages.

  The hotel is small, but lovely and the staff are very kind and helpful. You can't beat the location--so close to many of the main attractions of Florence. Due to road closures because of flooding in our area of the USA, we missed our flight to Florence and arrived 2 days late. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! The breakfast was the best we h - This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and breads. I absolutely would stay there again!

  We loved Firenzesuite. City is beautiful we wished we'd stayed more than one night. The staff are really friendly and kind, the suite was immaculate, tastefully decorated with a little patio garden. Communal areas were pristine. Located on a peaceful street only about 5mins city centre. We had air con, slippers, toiletries, and a little kitchenette... co mówią ludzie » . We are going back soon. Thanks - What a great hotel! Our suite was huge, clean and well appointed. The proprietors thought of every detail, from house slippers to coffee, complementary sodas in the frig and chocolates for my children, dinner reservations and cabs - they really could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend Firenzesuite for everyone, but especially for families.
