The weekend spent at Hotel Villa Cora was a great experience. The beauty of the building, the attention to details and privacy you get are good reasons to go back. The services, professionalism and kindness of the staff was something we also enjoyed.
The hotel is close enough to the center (if you are not used to always be in the car) and they also offer a shuttle which we took on the way back in the evening.
Great stay in a beautiful place.

Our original accommodations were not available for the five of us, so they put three of us in the junior suite which was UNBELIEVABLY beautiful! We all felt like we got to sleep in a palace room for the night. Just an amazing night. What a pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Wouldn't have changed a thing!

Little breakfast area with four tables; breakfast with a choice of breads, jams, eggs, cereals, fresh fruits etc. Our room was big enough for three and had all facilities we needed. The friendliness and the fact that Massimiliano (manager) was so helpful and understanding (grazie!). Absolutely clean, good sized rooms and fantastically close to the historic center of Florence. All the hotels in Italy are a bit off with their prices. So really you are looking at something cosy, clean, quiet and friendly. And this is surely the place you are looking for. It is like having your own appartment in Florence!!!!

Our room was beautifully decorated. The owners were friendly and
welcoming. The breakfast spread was fantastic and we enjoyed the little
extras of having some scrambled eggs. It is located in the quieter part
of Florence (across the river) but you can easily catch a bus to the
train station/city centre, as well as up to Piazza Michelangelo
(tickets cost €1.20 for 90 mins).
