  this was an ultra nodern hotel. the staff were helpful and professional. breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would stay here again if I travel to Florence - This hotel was over and above any of the 5 hotels we stayed in over ourhoneymoon. It was simply perfect.

  The front desk was very cordial. The waitstaff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Everything we asked for (wake up call, taxi service at 5:00 in the morning) was handled professionally.   We stayed here for my 40th birthday and really enjoyed the luxury of the hotel and its facilities. We were upgraded to a suite which was an additional treat. The staff were helpful and the buffet breakfasts were wonderful. The hotel is situated just along from the Ponte Vecchio so was perfectly located.   The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. The hotel staff had great recommendations for places to see to - i will have other people stay here. I do not understand very much italian and I enjoyed my stay. The english speaking was sufficient. Also it was very convenient to what I wanted to visit. I like music on the street and there was some nearby at night. joani
