As a single female I felt very safe, my room was clean, no view but I don't stay in my room except to shower and sleep. The location was fantastic, easy walking distance from the train station and to all major tourist spots. Lots of dining options very close by. And both the central market and the leather market less than 2 minutes away! I asked the desk to change my air conditioning setting so I could make the room nice and comfortable when I returned from my excursions. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a typical Italian city centre budget hotel staff were all family and treated us very well. Location is ideal for sight seeing and facilities in Florence. Not a luxury hotel, but hard to find any fault with place or service or price.

I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence. A 3-4 stars hotel room inside a traditional hostel (room 355 for 4 people) notwithstanding it's a place for young people. Very nice! 10 minutes walking from Florence Santa Maria Novella Railways station, 10 minutes from Duomo of Florence and Giotto Tower, 15 minutes by bus from very cheap car parks. Villa Aruch is an excellent property to stay at. Too stylish, too spacious ( a rarity in Europe) and too comfortable. It is a very tastefully done up property with personal touches evident everywhere. Once inside, you don't feel like leaving the hotel and going out anywhere. The only and probably a very major problem is its location. The hotel is situated in one corner of the town, totally cut off from the main areas with no supermarkets or restaurants anywhere close by. The desk personnels were very accommodating to let us get started with the complimentary breakfast earlier than their usual allowing us to get started with our Tuscan tour. The views of the two rooms facing the Doumo was breath-taking. I would go back to this hotel and recommend it.

Sette Angeli Rooms was the perfect choice for our 3 days trip in Florence.
Excelent position (near S.M.N. Train Station and very close to the Duomo), very easy to find, rooms with an interesting design, spacious, private bathroom, terrace, very confortable bed, daily cleaning, good price and so on.
We arrived later then the check-in schedule but there were no extra taxes.
Florence is a great city and this place is in the same style of romance and relaxation.

The best thing about this place by far is the location. We literally were looking at the Duomo from both windows in the room (we had the corner "Butterfly" room, which was nice.) The room was large, especially for Florence standards, and the staff was nice, although only there for a few morning hours. Compared to other hotels, this place was a very good value.
