We like everything! The apartments are situated in a living district, very quiet and comfortable, 10min from the city center. There is a bus station near the house.
The apartments itself are very spacious and nice, right the same as it shown on pics! Every day we had a sweet breakfast (big choice of different pastries, muesli, juice and milk, coffee, tea). As there is a fully equipped kitchen, its also possible to cook whatever you like. Owners, Gisella and Paolo is a most cordial couple we eve

We arrived early into Como hoping we could leave our luggage at the office to explore the region, thankfully and graciously we were able to go straight into our apartment which was much larger than antisipated. We were staying in Milan and decided last minute to visit Como so booked this place the night before driving out. We arrived too early to check in but the lady on reception was very pleasant and gave us some suggestions of what to do in the meantime. Later the gentleman on reception was just as helpful and kind with his superb restaurant recommend

Excellent location, in the center of the old town. The hotel is new, nice, clean and very comfortable. the staff at the reception very helpful and nice, especially Elisabeth who knew that it was my birthday during my stay so she managed to surprise me by putting a beautiful gift on my bed. i simply loved the hotel.

This hotel was in the perfect location right on the lake. Our room was basic but very clean & comfortable with a lake view. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The on-site restaurant was fantastic! The food was delicious and Giorgio & the other waiters were great, the complimentary limoncello finished the night off perfectly! Prices were very reasonable too. The staff were absolutely delightful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
