In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a deposit via bank transfer. The deposit should be paid within 5 days of booking. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside normal check-in hours. All requests for early/late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Please note that the pool is open from 01 May until 30 September. Heating, air conditioning, electricity and wood for the fireplace are charged according to consumption. Water and gas are included. Towels and bed linen are included, and are changed every 7 days. More frequent changes are on request and at extra costs. The caretaker lives on site. Please inform Villa Tramonte in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
