Every member of staff we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. The location, really facing the ski trails, and the snowy landscape from the window. For a ski hotel, some hooks to hang your ski gear on in the bedroom would be very useful. Perhaps the use of an internet facility and more range of breakfast cereal such as meusli and porridge. Oh and the decor and furnishings in the bar area could be improved hugely to be more welcoming and comfortable. wszystkie opinie »
The hotel is totally overpriced, the room and bathroom quality is more like a normal 2-stars than a 4-stars (no hairdryer, spitting shower, cheap bed). The staff was clearly not in a good mood and not informative, the half-board dinner tries to be chic missing totally the point (who wants bad cooked fish, just because, in a mountain resort?).
