staff was very welcoming; received us in the privet entrance and came to the privet parking to take our bags, showed us to the room and helped us look for a restaurant. the room was clean, had cable tv with english speaking channels, and the bed was super comfortable. the hotel has a pool, restaurant and a bar. everything was perfect. very clean, comfort rooms.we felt just as home. staff couldn'T speak english but although they were very nice and helpful. I want to thank marinela for her help and beautiful smile that never missed for the days we stay. reggia di caserta only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
