It's a family run B&B. Excellent location right in the center of Enna. Bus stops are just round the corner, less than two minutes from the hotel. You don't have to carry your luggage up the stairs. They have a high-tech elevator.

Laura and here brother are running this B & B and they really care for there guests - what more can you ask for. We booked a room, got it and asked for the roof terrace which was under renovation but they offered us immediately another room which had a beautiful balcony and we where able to sit outside and enjoy Enna from the 4th floor.
Actually, even you need to go up some 60ish stairs there is a lift for the luggage - brilliant. We absolutely recommend this place - easy to find, helpful w

Our luggage was taken to the 4th floor by lift, and even though the room was fairly basic, beds were comfortable and the bathroom opposite was enormous, even including a lounge chair. They drove us to an area where we could park for free, although initially our GPS had some difficulty in finding the Piazza VI Dicembre. We had some delays on our way to Enna and came almost at midnight. The owner came with the keys and used his time to explain things without irritation and stress about out late arrival, considering that he doesn't live there.
We had a room with the window facing a small street so it was very quiet to sleep. On the other hand it is located right in the centre and it takes 5-10 min walking to the major sightseeing. Free WiFi was very useful as well.

A very pleasant surprise as I was expecting a slightly jaded hotel. However, our bedroom was very smart and the bathroom was fantastic - newly fitted. The location is brilliant - right in the centre of town. The breakfast was fantastic - plenty of choice and excellent quality. We ate both nights in their restaurant - seemed to be the busiest in town and obviously a favourite with the locals. I would recommend this hotel as the standard for the price paid was excellent.
