  Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... co mówią ludzie » y and stylish. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

  Good choice for those who likes silence. The hotel is located in private house ouside the old center (it is about 20 min walk), but there is a bus stop nearby. The room is VERYclean with large comfortable bed and big bathroom (with shampoo, hairdryer and so on), We had a wonderfull sleep there because there are private houses around (no nightclubs... co mówią ludzie » or restaurants). . The breakfast was perfect! The hotel is recommended for those who travel by car (we had no car and got lost in the city, so the ow - Rossana, who runs the B&B, is delightful. She was so helpful in giving us information about Bergamo. We were able to park our car underneath the building. It is a really nice set-up and not far from the old city of Bergamo, as well as within driving distance of other places to visit, such as Lago d'Iseo and Crespi d'Adda village. Rossana was very patient in helping me to practise my halting Italian. My husband was able to play golf at a very nice course nearby, which Rossana helped him arra
