The apartment itself was suprisingly spacious and comfortable. Great location halfway between The Old City and the City Center in small quiet street and with charming patio.

Excellent accommodation, close to the airport - ideal for catching an early morning flight. Very spacious, especially for the teenagers in the group who loved their mezzanine quarters. Would definitely return to this accommodation. -

Apartment well laid out, comfortable and has everything you need. Bakery, pizza restaurant and lovely bar/café very close by. Use bus from airport or train station as stop just up the road!

I couldnt fault anything about this hotel, the staff, the service, the cleanliness and position were outstanding!! We arrved at 10 in morning expecting to wait till at least lunchtime for a room but had one immediately, and upgraded to a superior room!!!! We travelled as a group of four adults with one baby. The apartments at Porta Nuova were brilliant! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, with every attention to detail being made. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment that very large with gorgeous views from all the bedrooms. The host Glenda was especially helpful and went to a lot of trouble to accommodate our baby. Maybe one of the best studio-room I've ever been in. Awesome "magazine-design" room, with chimney and unbelievable views to whole city. The location is in the city centre of Citta Alta, which is the most touristic area in Bergamo. If I knew this city and hotel would be so great, I would surely have spent more than one day there.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a charming older hotel that may not have every modern amenity but is spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - very easy to get to the Alta Citta or the funivia for a trip to San Vittorio. The dinner that we ate at the restaurant was excellent with wonderful service. -

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again. We just stayed one night to catch early morning flight from Bergamo Airport. Location is perfect, 15 minutes drive to- from the Airport.
We stayed in the family room with beautiful Terace-Garden.
Even we left very early in the morning, the owner prepared some sandwiches for us as take away.
Sure will stay also next time.

Both Miriam and Alberto are a friendly couple and they helped us from the beginning of the trip till the very last day. They picked us up at the train station, showed us around Bergamo and gave us some information about how to get around and also some tips where to go. They kindly booked us a shuttle taxi to the airport, which costed only 25 euros
