I couldnt fault anything about this hotel, the staff, the service, the cleanliness and position were outstanding!! We arrved at 10 in morning expecting to wait till at least lunchtime for a room but had one immediately, and upgraded to a superior room!!!! when Glenda collected us (husband, wife and 7 year old daughter) to the

We travelled as a group of four adults with one baby. The apartments at Porta Nuova were brilliant! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, with every attention to detail being made. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment that very large with gorgeous views from all the bedrooms. The host Glenda was especially helpful and went to a lot of trouble to accommodate our baby. Everything about the hotel was so new and fresh we thought it had just opened when we stayed in Oct 08. We were told it was 4 years old. Super room, wonderful bathroom and great breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again. Just great! Perfect location, very nice, friendly and helpful owners. Clean and tasty furnished. Very nice breakfast and we had permanently coffee, tee, chocolades and fruits in our room. -

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Bergamo Palazzo Dolci, the location of the hotel was excellent, convenient for the train station and within easy reach of the airport, with good restaurants close by. The hotel staff were friendly, and very helpful. The room was excellent, clean and of a high standard. I am looking forward to staying at

I felt like in a fairy tail. I expected a nice place to stay but my expectations were overcome. It's a well situated B&B with wonderfull design. There's a nice view of the surroundings.
