The staff was top notch and the Hotel was encredable in a beautiful setting over looking Barga - The hotel is gorgeous and is in a perfect location in the mountains of Tuscany.   We loved everything about it. Our evening after dinner strolls and hikes among the vineyards will remain in our best summer memories for a while. And L'Alpino did all it could to accommodate this. We were given our space, all the local information required, restaurant, transportation and sights tips and some helpful steers on hiking. A hotel kept in the family for generations - perfectly situated in between the lovely lo - We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Alpino. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff attentive to our needs. We stayed three nights, and ate at the hotel restaurant all three - there was simply no reason to look for anything better. We got great advice for nearby hiking and sightseeing possibilities. Highly recommended!

  Beautiful location though in winter we were the only people in chalet except for one night when overflow from conference used them for sleeping - Beautiful location in Tuscany!
