This country house is my favorite place that I've stayed at during 26day-winter trip. I'd definate -
Second stay @ Il Roseto. Came back because it was so good the first
time. Massimo and family again great hosts. Il Roseto has great charm
and character, with a view of Assisi from the dining room that cannot be
matched. La Signora is sensational (93 yrs of age) and still in
everthing. Thoroughly recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Assisi and
is just 12 minutes walking distance away.

Dog friendly, breakfast simple but good and excellent dinner, wine a bit expensive. -
A lot of space in apartment, very nice owners. Except that there wasn't internet Wi-fi, everything was perfect.

Staff was enthusiastic and friendly. We were sad we didnt have the
chance to try their resaturant. Located in a little walking street jsut
off the main Assisi square. Clean, comportable. A shower in a real tub
(for a change) so the whole bathroom doesnt get wet when you shower. We
came with a rental car and parking is dificult in Assisi but the hotel
has a great deal for guests with the nearby city parkade so we only paid
8 euros a day! Cheapest parking we had our whole trip

We enjoyed the peace and quiet, stunning view from the pool, tennis and ping pong, and the very friendly family. There are so many places to svisit in the area. It was a perfect week and I'd love to go back for more. Thank you Villamena! -

The place is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Always asked how we are and if we need anything. Our 2 year old daughter was sick so the owner took us to the hospital to see a doctor.
